Collection terms

Online orders are for collection only. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive an order number and tracking link.

The collection time shown is an estimate. Please bring your order number when you collect. Orders that are not collected on the day cannot be refunded.

We may refuse or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, if the price shown was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
